Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 橋架状把手の両端係合部によって釜本体の鍔部或いは係
    合部を係合させ、且つ、該橋架状把手の中央部の押圧ネ
    ジにより蓋体中心部を押圧することにより密封する圧力
    調理器において、蓋体中心部の押圧ネジ受部に通気口を
    設け、該橋架状把手の中央部に取付けた押圧ネジに通気
    口を設け、両通気口を連通させ、該押圧ネジの上部に安
    全弁を備え、蓋の開放に当り、先ず押圧ネジを回転させ
    ることにより押圧ネジ受部と押圧ネジとの間隙を設けて
    常圧とした後蓋の開蓋を行うことを特徴とする圧力調理
    器の蓋の開閉装置。
