    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直立する電極端子板と、該電極端子板の両面に圧電材料
    を押圧固定する押えボルトと、押え圧を調整する圧縮ば
    ねとより構成され、上記電極端子板及び押えボルトに電
    圧印加用端子を設けたことを特徴とする分極治具。
