の弾発力を力受部材１に伝達しまた制動用スプリング３
を押圧して力受部材１への弾発力作用を遮断する主ブレ
ーキシリンダ２を配置し、力受部材１のブレーキハント
固定端部Ｂ１側には力受部材１とルーズな連結手段を介
して副ブレーキシリンダ４を配置したことを特徴とする
