バンドの他端に向いかつブレーキバンドに対して接線方
向に延長させて配置し、該フレームに沿ってかつ該フレ
ームの一端から他端に向う順序でネガティブブレーキ用
圧縮コイルばね、ネガティブブレーキ用シリンダ、ポジ
ティブブレーキ用シリイダを直列状に配置し、ネガティ
ブブレーキ用圧縮コイルばねは、前記フレームの中程に
固着された第１固定板と、該フレームの一端寄りの中程
に配設された第１可動板との間に介在させ、ネガティブ
ブレーキ用シリンダは、前記第１固定板と前記フレーム
の他端寄りの中程に配設された第２可動板との間に介在
させ、前記ブ゛レーキバンドの他端に連結されたブラケ
ットを前記フレームの他端に固着された第２固定板と前
記第２可動板との間に臨ませ、このブラケットと前記第
２固定板との間に前記ポジティブブレーキ用シリンダを
介在させ、かつ、前記第１、第２可動板を連結部材にて
連結すると共に、該可動板とブラケットとの間に前記圧
縮コイルばねの力を伝達する部材を設けたことを特徴と
するネガティブブレーキとポジティブブレーキを一体化
