の連結部材にはその回転中心を中心とする環状帯域に連
結部材の表裏方向に貫通して貫通孔が設けられ、かつ他
方の連結部材には、両連結部材の相対回動状態において
上記貫通孔の貫通方向に位置して貫通孔に透過される光
を貫通孔に反射させる光反射体が設けられる一方、連結
部材の近傍には、上記連結部材の貫通孔を透過して上記
光反射体に反射される光を受光し、両連結部材の相対回
動を検知する光センサが付設されて成ることを特徴とす
