【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、破損、抜け節等により出来た貫通孔を有する
表面化粧用の木質単板を接着剤を介して基板上に貼着し
て木質単板貼り化粧板を作る際に、木質単板の該貫通孔
に、容易に且つ確実に充填材を充填せしめ、表面の平担

パテハを、木質単板イの該貫通孔内に擦り込んで、充填
せしめ、化粧板二の表面を平担にするのが一般に汎用さ

とともに、熱により発泡剤を分解発泡せしめて該貫通孔
2内に該発泡剤入り熱硬化型接着剤3の一部分3aを突
出せしめ、該貫通孔1を充填し、次いで木質単板2の表
面をサンドペーパ35−で研摩して、平担にせしめ、次
いで必要に応じて塗料を塗布して表面塗装を施した木質
単板貼り化粧板5である。本発明は上記の如く構成され
ており、木質単板を基板上に貼着と同時に木質単板にあ
る多数の貫通孔を埋めることが出来るので、容易に且つ
確実に貫通孔を充填出来るし、又充填を行う為の特別の
工程も必要としない経済的に低価に製造出来る効果を有

して該発泡剤を発泡せしめて該貫通孔に該発泡剤入り熱
硬化型接着剤を突出して、該貫通孔を充填するとともに
