It is known that the tile surface is attached to a sheet-like material such as a synthetic resin board or rubber with an adhesive, and then a synthetic resin material is used as a board joint in the joint area [fixed]. The manufacturing process involves applying adhesive to the sheet material and pasting the tiles, and forming board joints, which requires a lot of labor, and the board joints do not have adhesive strength. There were drawbacks in both the manufacturing process and performance, such as the possibility of peeling of the tiles from the concrete and the need to remove the adhesive that had contaminated the tile surface when removing the sheet after assimilating the concrete.

Tile units are known that are integrally formed by temporarily adhering sheets, melts, or joints to a group of tiles, and the manufacturing process is easy, and the adhesive strength can be maintained even at the joints. In addition, since the tile surface is not contaminated when the sheet is removed during concrete assimilation, it can be said that various defects in the previous tile units have been greatly improved.

There are some deficiencies.

Chlorinated fatty acid esters, which are esters with phthyl alcohol, are preferred, and among them, chlorinated ethyl stearate or n-butyl stearate are particularly representative. It is suitable to have a chlorine content of 60 to 90%, and in particular, chlorinated fatty acid esters with a chlorine content of 50% or more are solid and therefore easy to handle.
