Claims (1)

ジュールトムソン膨張弁と、上記冷却用熱交換部の熱媒
体を冷却する冷却用部と、フレオン等の冷媒を圧縮供給
するコンプレッサーと、冷媒の凝縮器とが直列に接続さ
れ、前記加熱用熱交換部と冷却用熱交換部の各熱媒体は
、夫々加熱用流量調整弁と冷却用流量調整弁をもった各
配管を介して流出口から流出自在であり、一方前記熱媒
体の流路の出口からは、戻り調整弁を夫々介在した配管
を並列とした戻り配管系が形成され、この配管系により
前記恒温槽と前記流路とを連通してなるガスの融点、沸
