  1. カウルアッパーパネルに設けたスリットの下にインナー
    ・カウルベンチレータボックスと該インナー・カウルベ
    ンチレータボックスを内包するアウター・カウルベンチ
    レータボックスとを内設し、上記カウルアッパーパネル
    と上記インナー・カウルベンチレータボックスとの間に
    外気と水とを分離するための間隙を設け、上記インナー
    ・カウルベンチレータボックスにドレインを設け、上記
    アウター・カウルベンチレータボックスに外気導入口を
    設けたことを特徴とする自動車用外気導入装置。
