本発明は液体ヘリウム湿度近傍で抵抗が零と力るいわゆ

超電導線、11け枠スペニサ、12は層間スペーサ、1
3はターン間スペーサである。これらのスペーサは、積
層板等の絶縁物である。層間スペーサ12の一例を第4

このような構造の従来の超電導コイルを製作するにあた
っては枠スペーサ11、層間スペーサ12、ターン間ス
ペーサ13等をはさみ込みながら超電導線10を巻□回
していたが、そのときこれらめスペーサが移動してしオ
い、作業が非常にゃヤにくかった。また、完成したコイ
ルにおいては、隣接すゐ超電導線の絶縁はスペーサの沿
