    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 投光部を囲んで受光部が配設される投受光素子の投受光
    面を１本の光ファイバの平担状端面に対向配置する光結
    合構造であって、上記投受光面の受光部外周が上記平担
    状端面の開口角に略等しい位置にあり、かつ該投受光面
    と該平担状端面間には高屈折率剤が充填されていること
    を特徴とする投受光素子・光ファイバの光結合構造。
