び第２図は多突条ベルトの概略図、第３図は屈曲寿命評
価試験に用いたシステムの説明図、第４図は異音評価試
験に用いる回動変動強制機の説明図、第５図は耐摩耗性
評価試験に用いたシステムの説明図、第６は耐寒特性評
価試験に用いたシステムの説明図、第７図ないし第１０
図はそれぞれ試験結果を示す図、第１１図は従来の多突
条ベルトの概略図である。 １・・・・・・多突条ベルト、２・・・・・・ベルト基
帯、３・・・・・・突条、９・・・・・・先端軟質コム
層。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ベルト基帯に対し複数の突条がベルト長手方向に
    突設されたベルトであって、前記突条の高さ方向の先端
    部位に、短繊維をベルト幅方向に配ダ１ルでなる先端軟
    質ゴム層か配置されていることを特徴とする多突条ベル
    ト。
  2. （２）′先端軟質コｌ、層は、短繊維のアスペクト比が
    １００〜１０００てあり、コム配合物１００容量部に対
    して短繊維５〜３０容量部が混入されているところの実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の多突条ベルト。
  3. （３）先端軟質コム層は、突条を構成するその他の部分
    よりもコム硬度か２°以十少さいところの実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の多突条ベルト。
  4. （４）先端軟質コム層は、その厚さが突条高さの２５〜
    ５０％であるところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、
    第２項または第３項記載の多突条ベルト。
