において1,1aは自励式DC−DCコンバータ部、2
は負荷、Ql、 Q2はトランジスタ、R4,R5は抵

帰還印加する変成器におけるベース巻線出力を分流接続
して該出力の順方向通電時間を検出する手段を備えてな
り、該検出手段の入力に予め設定した積分回路の時定数
を超えて該出力が検出されたときは検出手段をオン作動
せしめて前記トランジスタのベースを抑止電位に保持し
