において１，１ａは自励式ＤＣ−ＤＣコンバータ部、２
は負荷、Ｑｌ、 Ｑ２はトランジスタ、Ｒ４，Ｒ５は抵

、ブロッキング発振動作を行うトランジスタのベースに
帰還印加する変成器におけるベース巻線出力を分流接続
して該出力の順方向通電時間を検出する手段を備えてな
り、該検出手段の入力に予め設定した積分回路の時定数
を超えて該出力が検出されたときは検出手段をオン作動
せしめて前記トランジスタのベースを抑止電位に保持し
