Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it easy to insert a magnet into a mold and also make it easy to assemble a rotor gear, by providing a resin charging surface of the mold with a conical surface as a guide for the magnet, and allowing part of the conical surface to serve as a path for a molten resin. CONSTITUTION:In case the toroidal magnet is inserted in the mold, then the outer surface of the magnet is covered partly with the resin, and a rotor gear is produced by the insert injection molding method, the mold into which the magnet 3 will be introduced is provided with the conical section 6, which is allowed to serve as the feeding guide for the magnet 3 into the mold. When a plurality of rotor gears 4 are should be molded, the feeding can be considerably improved by the provision of the conical section 6. The conical section 6 also serves to facilitate the throwing of the resin. The outer circumference of the magnet 3 is partly covered with the resin so that the magnet 6 is positioned in place with respect to the rotor gear and the magnet 6 is prevented from being cracked.

The conventional mold structure is shown in FIG. Since the magnet 3 must not deviate from the center axis of the rotor gear member, the outer diameter of the magnet and the hole diameter of the mold into which it is inserted are approximately the same. Therefore, when setting the magnet 3 in the mold, the center axis of the magnet 3 and the center axis of the rotor member 4 must be precisely aligned to allow the material to be fed.

本発明はかかる欠点を除去したものであり、実施例を第
2図と第3図を用いて説明する。
The present invention eliminates such drawbacks, and an embodiment thereof will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.

The gist of the present invention is that, as shown in FIG. 2, a conical part 6 is provided in the mold for feeding the magnet 3, and the conical part 6 functions as a material feeding guide for the magnet 3.

Therefore, it is essential to improve the performance and reliability of the material feeding of the magnet 3, and by providing the conical portion 6, the material feeding ability is greatly improved.

Further, the conical portion 6 has the function of improving the resin seal during molding. The outer periphery of the magnet 3 is partially wrapped with resin to position the magnet 6 with respect to the rotor gear 3 and to prevent the magnet 6 from cracking. Therefore, by providing the conical portion 6, the resin flows from the center direction and the outer circumferential direction of the magnet 3, which improves the balance of resin filling and improves the quality of the rotor gear member 4.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, when the rotor gear member 4 is fed to the base plate member 7, the conical portion 6 hits the side surface of the stator 8, thereby reducing the fall of the rotor gear member 4. Therefore, even when assembling the receiving member 9, the rotor gear member 4
This has the effect of making it easier to assemble.
