  1. かまど本体に、上下に貫通する釜支持部と、釜支持部の
    外周側に形成した湯槽とが設けられ、かつ前記釜支持部
    の底部に釜加熱用バーナーが配置されるとともに、前記
    湯槽の下側に湯槽加熱用バーナーが配置されていること
    を特徴とする業務用かまど。
