路部内に該入口通路部の入口開口近傍から吸気弁ステム
近傍まで延びている揺割可能な垂直配置の隔壁を設けて
該隔壁により入口通路部を旋回流発生通路と分岐路に分
割し、該分岐路の入口部にロータリ弁を設け、機関低負
荷運転時に該ロータリ弁を開弁すると共に上記隔壁の吸
気弁ステム側を吸気弁ステムから離れる方向に揺動せし
めて上記旋回流発生通路を挾めるようにしたヘリカル型
