路部の入口開口近傍から吸気ステム近傍まで延びる可動
隔壁を入口通路部上壁面から入口通路部内に下方に向け
て突出可能に配置して入口通路部を該隔壁により一対の
通路に分割し、該入口通路部の分割された一方の通路の
入口部にロータリ弁を配置し、機関低負荷運転時にロー
タリ弁を開弁すると共に隔壁を入口通路部内に突出させ
、機関高速高負荷運転時にロータリ弁を開弁せしめると
共に隔壁を入口通路部から後退せしめるようにしたヘリ
