Claims (1)
- 第１液管路に接続された混合機に第２液管路を通して供
給されるべき計量不能流体を回分的に貯蔵するタンクと
、該タンクの質量又は液位の変化速度（質量流量又は容
積流量）を検出し９０°位相の異なる２つのパルス列信
号を出力する検出器と、前記２つのパルス列信号の相対
的位相差を弁別して変化の増減に応じた加算減算パルス
列発生回路と、前記第１液管路に介装したパルス列流量
計と、該パルス列流量計からのパルス列信号を所定比率
のパルス列信号に変化する比率設定器と、該設定器出力
パルスと前記平均化パルス列とを加減算してパルス列偏
差出力を得る加逆カウンターとそのパルス列偏差出力を
アナログ信号に変換する回路と、該アナログ出力を入力
信号とする第２液管路流量調節器及びその調節弁とから
なり、前記比率設定器の設定値を変えることによって前
記第２液管路の計量不能流体流量を調節することを特徴
とするパルス列流量比率調節装置。
