Claims (3)
- （１）差圧を検出して電気信号に変換する差圧センサと
、この差圧センサで検出される差圧に応じたパルス信号
を出力する手段と、このパルス信号を光信号に変換する
電光変換器と、この電光変換器よりの光信号を伝送する
光ファイバと、この光ファイバよりの光信号を受けて電
気信号に変換する光電変換器と、この光電変換器で変換
された信号を標準電流に変換する信号変換部とからなる
差圧伝送器。 - （２）前記差圧センサは、差圧に応じて回路定数が変化
する回路素子であり、前記パルス信号を出力する手段は
、前記回路素子の回路定数の変化で発振周波数が変化す
るパルス発振回路であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の差圧伝送器。 - （３）前記差圧センサは、差圧に応じて回路定数が変化
する回路素子であり、前記パルス信号を出力する手段は
前記回路素子の回路定数の変化で発振周波数が変化する
パルス発振回路と、このパルス発振回路より出力される
パルス信号をカウントするカウンタとを含むものである
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
差圧伝送器。
