Claims (1)

に複数個配列したX方向検出用の反射形光型スイッチと
、Y・θ方向の検出用の反射形光型スイッチのY・θ方
向の検出レベル(2+位置)を検出してスプレツタの下
降動作停止指令を発するようにセンサブロックの端部に
取付けられたz1位置検出器と、X方向検出用の反射形
光型スイッチX方向の検出レベル(Z2位置)を検出し
てスプレッダの下降動作停止指令を発するようにセンサ
ブロックの端部に取付けられたZ2位置検出器と、前記
