    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明あるいは半透明の水不透過性バックシート、尿吸収
    部材及び不繊布からなる使い捨ておむつにおいて、バッ
    クシートと尿吸収部材の間もしくは尿吸収部材と不繊布
    の間にバックシート及び不織布の少な（ともいずれか一
    方とほぼ同程度の大きさのホットメルト接着剤として用
    いうる熱可塑性樹脂製の開繊シートであり、尿吸収部材
    外周辺部でバックシート、開繊シートおよび不織布を熱
    融着させてなることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。
