Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a coating compsn. which is excellent in hiding effect and water resistance and can be completely peeled off during the washing of a bottle, by blending liquid paraffin, sorbitan fatty acid ester, higher alcohol fatty acid ester and glycerol fatty acid ester. CONSTITUTION:Liquid paraffin, sorbitan fatty acid ester, higher alcohol fatty acid ester and glycerol fatty acid ester are blended together. If necessary, an appropriate quantity of water is further added thereto. Any of the above three fatty acid esters has an emulsifying action. Liquid paraffin is effective in spreading over the surface of a bottle and increasing an action of penetrating into scratched regions. These fatty acid esters are used in such a proportion that they account for 25-5% of the total quantity of the compsn. The glycerol fatty acid esters include those derived form 10-21 C fatty acids, among which lauric acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid are preferred.

Conventionally, various methods are used to cover scratches on bottles.
Compositions for application of seeds have been proposed. However, although conventional products have a good effect in hiding scratches, they have disadvantages such as poor drying properties due to their hygroscopic properties, sticky spots, and easy to attract dust, and the applied composition does not wash easily. There were problems such as not completely peeling off even after going through the bottle process. Since Sarak is expensive, it lacks practicality, and there are also some that are undesirable from a sanitary and safety standpoint.

As mentioned above, the base in the composition of the present invention is liquid paraffin, and if this liquid paraffin is used alone, the workability is poor and it is difficult to apply a small amount uniformly due to stains, but fatty acid esters as emulsifiers and By using them in combination, this problem was solved. Furthermore, the water resistance and texture after coating are also good. Furthermore, when bottles coated with the composition of the present invention are collected and reused, there is a risk that the composition may completely peel off during the bottle washing process. Moreover,
Each component used in the composition of the present invention is safe and can be stably obtained.

次に、本発明を実施例により詳しく説明する。Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to examples.
