Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、病院に於いて発生するカルテ、検査フアイ
ル、薬剤フアイル、Ｘ線フイルム：その他文書（以下で
はカルテ等と省略）の情報を処理する為の情報処理シス
テムに関するものである。
現在の病院ではカルテ等は物理的に莫大な量となり、そ
の管理に要する人員と設備の問題が大きなネツクと成つ
ております。
物理的カルテの取出し作業の省力化はコンピユーターの
採用等で可能に成つているが、迅速なカルテの移動要求
には対応できず緊急時の患者の生命保持の点にも問題を
残しているのが現状と云えるこの発明は病院に於けるカ
ルテ等の迅速且つ省力化された処理を行なう為の情報処
理システムを提供する事を目的とする。
この発明の実施例を図面を参照しながら説明する。
第１図は従来の病院に於けるカルテ情報処理システムの
例を示している。コンピユーター管理ラツク（３）に収
容された物理的カルテ（４）の迅速な出し入れを医事コ
ンピユーター（１）フアイル管理コンピユーター（２）
通信コントロールコンピユーター（６）と入力装置（５
）を用いて行なう、更に映像情報として外部通信装置（
７）を経由して。病院内の医局（８）病棟（９）その他
の部門（１０）他の病院（１１）の端末機（テレビ）（
１２）に画面として伝達される。
第２図は、実施例（１）の病院に於けるカルテ情報処理
システムを示している。
カルテを必要とする人（Ａ）が通信手段（１４）を使つ
て入力者（Ｂ）へ、若しくは直接本人が入力装置（５）
を操作してカルテ識別Ｎｏを入力するとフアイル管理コ
ンピユーター（２）は、コンピユーター管理ラツク（３
）より物理的カルテ（４）を、若しくはレーザーデイス
ク装置（１５）より電子カルテとして出力する。物理的
カルテ（４）はテレビカメラ（１６）を使つてビデオ信
号として、一方電子カルテはビデオ信号として共に外部
通信装置（７）（電波発信用アンテナ（１７）付）を経
由して端末機（テレビ（１２）ポータブルテレビ（１３
））に出力。
第３図は、実施例（２）の病院に於けるカルテ等の情報
処理システムを示している。
フアイルコントロール処理コンピユーター（２）は各コ
ンピユーターよりのオーダーを処理する。
〈検索〉他のコンピユーター検索指示があつた場合、属
性フアイル（１５）によりフアイル位置を確認し各フア
イル装置（１５′）に指示を行なう。フアイルが検索で
きたら必要な端末機にデーターを流す。
〈処理〉画像処理要求がある場合、画像処理装置（２４
）にデーターの分析を依頼する、フアイル装置（１５）
処理コンピユーター（２）間にて必要な処理を行なう通
信コントロールコンピユーター（６）は各コンピユータ
ーの接続を行なう。又一時的にデーターを保持する、画
像に関するＩＮ．ＯＵＴの回線をコントロールする、同
じカルテを２ケ所に絶対出さない様にする。外部オンラ
インコントローラー（７）は外部装置のＩＮ．ＯＵＴを
コントロールする。
ビデオ端末（２６）にはハードコピー付のビデオ装置（
２６−１）フアイルを表示するＡ画面（２６−２）と記
入ができるＢ画面（２６―３）、看護婦用でルードコピ
ーからの転写もできる位置決め装置付Ｃ画面（２６―４
）とから成立つている。
この概況を第４図ビデオ端末機器／斜視図に示している
。
以上の構成についての説明からも明らかな様にこの発明
は次の様なすぐれた効果を持つ。
この発明に係るカルテ等情報処理システムに依ると、管
理上の問題点の多い物理的カルテを、現在治療中のもの
、治瘉から日数の浅いものに限つた少数の状態で運用す
る事が可能と成り、電子カルテを含めて病院内外の各部
所に迅速な伝達が出来る事となり、人命保持と省力、省
スペース等のメリツトを生ずると共に、又本装置を採用
する事によつて統計処理等も迅速且つ効果的に行なえる
様になるので、医学の進展にも寄与できる事と成ります
。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 次の事項を内容とする病院に於けるカルテ等の情報処理
    システム。 （イ）　物理的カルテ、電子カルテ、検査フアイル、薬
    剤フアイル。Ｘ線フイルム。その他の文書の統合運用。 （ロ）　院内での端末機にポーターブルテレビを含む、
    （ハ）　異つた機能を持つＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ３個の画面と、ハ
    ードコピー付ビデオ装置を持つビデオ端末機。
