前記コイル電路部及び磁気駆動コイルの外側にガス循環
路を形成する環状溝と、前記コイル電路部を貫通して設
けられ前記コイル電路部及び磁気駆動コイルの内側の空
間を前記ガス循環路に連通させる排気孔とを具備したこ
