    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸と、この回転軸に対向配置された非接触変位計と
    、上記回転軸に取付けたマークと、このマークと対向配
    置され且つこのマークの有無を検出するセンサーと、こ
    のセンサーからの出力信号に同期して上記非接触変位計
    からの出力を取り込むサンプルホールド回路とを有する
    ことを特徴とする回転軸の変位測定装置。
