Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and uniformly draw a picture pattern or a character on a surface to be adhered, by a method wherein a transfer mark pasteboard provided with a transfer mark through a water soluble adhesive is allowed to pass through the activating solution in a treating tank and, after the treated one is squeezed by rollers, the transfer mark surface thereof is again activated by the activating solution. CONSTITUTION:Transfer mark pasteboard 1 is prepared by a method wherein a transfer mark 3 is provided to the surface of base paper 1' through a water soluble adhesive 2 and an adhesive layer 4 is applied to the surface of said mark 3 while a pasteboard protecting film 5 comprising inert ink is formed to the surface of the pasteboard except the transfer mark 3. When the pasteboard 1 is inserted from the inlet of a guide body 7, the pasteboard is immersed in a water soluble activating solution 8 in a treating tank and properly pressed while guided to a sqeeze apparatus 9 from the outlet of said guide body 7 to be impregnated with the water soluble activating liquid 8. Thus treated pasteboard is contacted with the roller 14 of an auxiliary treating tank 13 with the transfer mark facing downward and again subjected to activating treatment. Thus re- treated pasteboard is regulated in the penetrating time of a solvent to an adhesive surface by the re-activation to the transfer mark surface and stable transfer adhesion can be always performed regardless of the season.

In the conventional method, the transfer mark mount is immersed in water or a water-soluble active liquid to dissolve the water-soluble adhesive and only the transfer mark is peeled off. However, there are many cases where the water-soluble active liquid is not uniformly impregnated into the mount (and considerable skill is required to achieve this uniformity and perform the work smoothly.

Reference numeral 1 is a transfer mark mount, in which a transfer mark 6 and an adhesive layer 4 are provided on the base paper 1 and its surface via a water-soluble adhesive 2, and the transfer mark 3 is removed. A mount protective film 5 made of inert ink is formed on the surface. Reference numeral 6 denotes a treatment tank, which is equipped with a guide body 7 having an inlet and an outlet adjacent to both side walls of the nuclide, and the inside thereof is filled with water or a water-soluble active liquid 8. This water-soluble active liquid is, for example,
It is made with an equivalent ratio of 5:1 of water and alcohol or water and alcohol. Reference numeral 9 denotes a squeezing device, which is composed of a pair of rollers 10.10, and the rollers are driven by an electric motor 11.

The rollers 10.10 are made of an elastic body such as rubber or a metal body such as aluminum, and both are installed in a state in which they can be adjusted by pressure contact with each other by an adjusting device 12. Reference numeral 13 denotes an auxiliary treatment tank, and a roller 14 is provided at the opening of the tank, which is driven by the electric motor 11.

This roller 14 is made of an elastic body such as rubber or sponge, or a metal body such as aluminum having a large number of grooves 15 in the circumferential direction, and is capable of retaining the active liquid well. Historically, this auxiliary treatment tank 13 contains the active liquid 8 placed inside the treatment tank 6.
It houses a water-soluble active liquid 16 which has a higher viscosity than that of the water-soluble active liquid 16. This water-soluble active liquid 16 is a coloring base for textile printing, for example, water 80% emulsifier o, s% Kijiroru 15%, buticello,
It is an aqueous active liquid to which alcohol or other solvents have been added.Furthermore, as a coloring base for textile printing, there are the following types as an aqueous type and an oil type.

In addition, although in the above explanation, the viscosity of the active liquid in the treatment tank and the auxiliary treatment tank is higher in the latter stage than in the former stage, there is no problem even if the two have the same viscosity (although the present invention is not limited to two-stage treatment). It has these characteristics.
