【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は包装フィルムを筒状成形しその中に包装すべ
き物品を入れ、入れられた物品の前後の包装フィルムを
熱接着と切断を行い一個の包装袋として完成させる包装
機の熱接着装置の改良である。

を示すもので帯状の包装フィルム1がフォーマ−4で筒
状成形され、包装する物品3が供給コンベヤー2で運ば
れて筒状となった包装フィルム1′の中に入り、その物
品3の前後の包装フィルムを熱接着と切断をして包装袋
6に完成させ搬出コンベヤー7で移動させる包装機で、
電熱ヒーターによって加熱される上下一対の回転方式の
熱接着切断機構は第3図に示すように切断用の固定刃1
0を備えた回転熱盤5aと固定刃10の刃先と接する受
刃11を備えた回転熱盤5bが包装タイミングにしたが
って回転して筒状の包装フィルムを熱接着と切断をして
第2図に示す包装袋6を完成させるが、この包装袋6の
熱接着部8,8は一対の回転熱盤5a、5bの熱接着面
の山型12が合せられて形成され、その端にシール線9
ができるが、上下の山型12が包装フィルムを挾みくい
込むように熱圧接するのでシール線9部分に亀裂が生じ
ることがありその部分が切れやすくなることと、包装袋
6の中に物品3とともに窒素ガスなどを充填密封した場
合、そのガスが亀裂のあるシール線9より漏れることが
ある。
