Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a multilayer zipper bubble bag, which comprises the following steps: which comprises the following steps: 1) unreeling and conveying a film: simultaneously sending out the first protective film, the second protective film and the bubble film through an unreeling machine, wherein the first protective film and the second protective film in the bubble film are overlapped to form a composite laminated material; 2) heat-sealing the long side; 3) unwinding and loading a chain; 4) folding in half; 5) a zipper head is arranged; 6) sealing and flattening; 7) bundling bubbles and hot-pressing wide edges; 8) end-sealing and hot-pressing; 9) cutting: and (5) preparing a zipper bubble bag product. The bag wall of the multilayer zipper bubble bag adopts a first protective film, a bubble film and a second protective film which are sequentially overlapped to form a multilayer composite protective structure, so that products in the bag can be protected from being damaged; meanwhile, the air bubble film can protect air bubbles on the air bubble film from being easily punctured under the isolation protection of the first protective film and the second protective film, can be repeatedly used for many times, is long in service life, simple in integral structure, easy to produce and manufacture and beneficial to wide popularization.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bag manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing process of a multilayer zipper bubble bag.
Background
The air bubble bag is mainly applied to product buffer packaging, plastic products, metal products, ceramic products, glass products, cosmetic sets and logistics transportation protection of other products needing buffer protection.
The prior bubble bag is mainly formed by cutting a high-pressure polyethylene bubble film into a size required to be made into a bag through film cutting, and then manufacturing and processing the bag through a special bag making machine for the bubble film. The existing bubble bags are all of a single-layer bubble film structure, bubbles on the bubble film are easy to be punctured, and the protection effect is influenced. The opening of the bubble bag is not provided with a closing part, so that the protected product is easy to fall out of the bubble bag, and the protection effect is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages, the present invention provides a process for manufacturing a multi-layer zipper bubble bag, which is simple in manufacturing process, high in efficiency, and capable of quickly manufacturing a zipper bubble bag which has a good protection effect and is easy to use and package.
The invention also aims to provide the zipper bubble bag which has good protection effect and is easy to use and package.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a manufacturing process of a multilayer zipper bubble bag comprises the following steps:
(1) unreeling and conveying a film: simultaneously sending out the first protective film, the second protective film and the bubble film through an unreeling machine, wherein the first protective film and the second protective film in the bubble film are overlapped to form a composite laminated material;
(2) heat-sealing the long side: heating the edges of the two sides of the composite laminated material by a hot wheel to ensure that bubbles at the edges of the two sides of the bubble film expand and explode due to heating, and performing hot-pressing fusion to form a flat long edge;
(3) unreeling and chain loading: conveying the plastic chain tooth strips to the upper surface of the flat long edge by zipper unwinding equipment, overlapping and contacting the edge positions of the plastic chain tooth strips with the flat long edge, and then performing hot-pressing lamination on the edges of the two sides of the composite laminated material by a hot knife to make the plastic chain tooth strips laminated and sealed at the edge positions of the two sides of the composite laminated material;
(4) folding: the composite laminated material is folded by using a folding device and taking the central line of the conveying track as a folding line, and after the composite laminated material is folded, the plastic zipper tooth strips on the edge positions of two sides of the composite laminated material are aligned;
(5) and (3) zipper head mounting: assembling the chain connecting head on the plastic chain tooth strip through a zipper head mounting machine;
(6) end sealing and flattening: flattening the two end positions of the plastic chain tooth strip by an ultrasonic machine;
(7) and (3) bubble binding and hot pressing of wide edges: correspondingly setting up the up-and-down reciprocating frequency of the puncture needle plate, the heat sealing knife and the cold sealing knife, the interval between the up-and-down reciprocating frequency and the forward conveying speed of the composite laminated material according to the required width size of the bag; the puncture needle plate, the heat sealing knife and the cold sealing knife are sequentially and transversely arranged above the conveying track of the composite laminated material; a pricking needle plate descends to prick bubbles at the sectional position of the composite laminated material, then a heat sealing knife descends to hot press the sectional position to form a flat wide edge, and then a cold sealing knife is cold pressed on the flat wide edge to cool;
(8) end-sealing and hot-pressing: hot pressing the two ends of the flat plastic chain teeth through a hot press;
(9) cutting: and cutting and segmenting the central line position of the flat wide edge by a cutter to obtain the multilayer zipper bubble bag product.
As a modification of the present invention, the first protective film is a PE film, a PET film, a PVC film, or a PP film.

Detailed Description
Example (b): referring to fig. 1 and 2, the process for manufacturing a multi-layer zipper bubble pouch according to the present embodiment includes the following steps:
(1) unreeling and conveying a film: simultaneously sending out the first protective film, the second protective film and the bubble film through an unreeling machine, wherein the first protective film and the second protective film in the bubble film are overlapped to form a composite laminated material; the bubble film can protect bubbles on the bubble film from being easily punctured under the isolation protection of the first protective film and the second protective film, can be repeatedly used for multiple times and has long service life; in this embodiment, the first protective film and the second protective film are preferably PE films, and in other embodiments, the first protective film and the second protective film may also be PET films, PVC films or PP films;
(2) heat-sealing the long side: heating the edges of the two sides of the composite laminated material by a hot wheel to ensure that bubbles at the edges of the two sides of the bubble film expand and explode due to heating, and performing hot-pressing fusion to form a flat long edge; convenience is brought to hot-press fitting, and meanwhile firmness and compactness of hot-press fitting are improved; preferably, a pinwheel and a hot wheel are arranged above the central line of the composite laminated material, and bubbles at the central position of the composite laminated material are punctured by the pinwheel. Then hot pressing fusion is carried out through the hot wheel to form a folding line, and convenience is brought to the folding process of folding equipment.
(3) Unreeling and chain loading: conveying the plastic chain tooth strips to the upper surface of the flat long edge by zipper unwinding equipment, overlapping and contacting the edge positions of the plastic chain tooth strips with the flat long edge, and then performing hot-pressing lamination on the edges of the two sides of the composite laminated material by a hot knife to ensure that the plastic chain tooth strips are laminated and sealed at the edge positions of the two sides of the composite laminated material, so that the lamination is firm;
(4) folding: the composite laminated material is folded by using a folding device and taking the central line of the conveying track as a folding line, and after the composite laminated material is folded, the plastic zipper tooth strips on the edge positions of two sides of the composite laminated material are aligned;
(5) and (3) zipper head mounting: assembling the chain connecting head on the plastic chain tooth strip through a zipper head mounting machine;
(6) end sealing and flattening: flattening the two end positions of the plastic zipper tooth strip by an ultrasonic machine to prevent the zipper head from sliding out;
(7) and (3) bubble binding and hot pressing of wide edges: correspondingly setting up the up-and-down reciprocating frequency of the puncture needle plate, the heat sealing knife and the cold sealing knife, the interval between the up-and-down reciprocating frequency and the forward conveying speed of the composite laminated material according to the required width size of the bag; the puncture needle plate, the heat sealing knife and the cold sealing knife are sequentially and transversely arranged above the conveying track of the composite laminated material; the pricking needle plate descends to prick bubbles at the subsection position of the composite laminated material, and then the heat sealing knives descend to perform hot pressing at the subsection position to form flat wide edges, preferably, the number of the heat sealing knives is three, the three heat sealing knives are sequentially arranged above the conveying track of the composite laminated material at intervals and transversely, and the three-time hot pressing can be performed on the subsection position of the composite laminated material to form the flat wide edges which are firmly connected, so that the flat wide edges are bonded more tightly, are not easy to crack and have long service life; then, the cold sealing knife is cold pressed on the flat wide edge for cooling, so that the cooling speed is effectively increased, and the working efficiency is improved;
(8) end-sealing and hot-pressing: the two ends of the flat plastic chain tooth strip are hot-pressed by the hot press to be further reinforced, so that the bonding firmness is improved, and the service life is prolonged;
(9) cutting: and cutting and segmenting the central line position of the flat wide edge by a cutter to obtain the multilayer zipper bubble bag product.
The multilayer zipper bubble bag manufactured by the multilayer zipper bubble bag manufacturing process comprises a bag body with an opening, wherein the opening of the bag body is provided with a plastic zipper capable of opening or closing the bag body, and the bag wall of the bag body comprises a first protective film, a bubble film and a second protective film which are sequentially overlapped from inside to outside. 1. A manufacturing process of a multilayer zipper bubble bag is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) unreeling and conveying a film: simultaneously sending out the first protective film, the second protective film and the bubble film through an unreeling machine, wherein the bubble film is arranged between the first protective film and the second protective film and is overlapped to form a composite laminated material; the bubble film can protect bubbles on the bubble film from being easily punctured under the isolation protection of the first protective film and the second protective film;
(2) heat-sealing the long side: heating the edges of the two sides of the composite laminated material by a hot wheel to ensure that bubbles at the edges of the two sides of the bubble film expand and explode due to heating, and performing hot-pressing fusion to form a flat long edge; the upper position of the central line of the composite laminated material is provided with a pinwheel and a hot wheel, bubbles at the central position of the composite laminated material are firstly punctured by the pinwheel, and then hot-pressing fusion is carried out by the hot wheel to form a folding line, so that convenience is brought to the folding process of folding equipment;
(3) unreeling and chain loading: conveying the plastic chain tooth strips to the upper surface of the flat long edge by zipper unwinding equipment, overlapping and contacting the edge positions of the plastic chain tooth strips with the flat long edge, and then performing hot-pressing lamination on the edges of the two sides of the composite laminated material by a hot knife to make the plastic chain tooth strips laminated and sealed at the edge positions of the two sides of the composite laminated material;

the number of the heat sealing knives is three, and the heat sealing knives are sequentially arranged above the conveying track of the composite laminated material at intervals in a transverse mode.
