The invention also provides a bag making processing method which comprises the following steps:
step 1): the bag film conveyed by the film conveying guide roller 211 is changed from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction through the direction changing guide roller 212, then the bag film is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer by the layering plate 213 to form a bag front printing surface and a bag back printing surface, the front printing surface bag film and the back printing surface bag film which are divided into the upper layer and the lower layer are drawn by the traction roller and conveyed to the deviation correcting device 3 for detection, and meanwhile, the chain on the chain guide roller is simultaneously conveyed to the bag making direction of the bag film by the chain traction roller 223 and conveyed to the upper chain head device 4 for chain feeding;
step 2): the illumination of the illumination assistor 33 can be used for observing whether the front and back layout surfaces of the bag film deviate, the layout corrector 32 is adjusted to drive the deviation correcting guide roller 31 to correct the deviation of the bag film, and the aligned bag film is conveyed to the transverse welder 53 and the longitudinal welder 51 under the action of the traction roller to be heated, welded and sealed at the two side edges and the bottom edge of the bag film, so that the bag film is manufactured into a bag body;
step 3): the ultrasonic generator 73 transmits ultrasonic energy to the ultrasonic heat-sealing head 71 through the amplitude-variable energy-converting assembly 72, and the bag and the zipper with the zipper head are heated through the ultrasonic heat-sealing head 71, so that the bag and the zipper are sealed at low temperature to form a zipper bag;
step 4): the zipper bag processed by the ultrasonic heat sealing head 71 is welded on two sides of the zipper bag by a transverse heater 8, and the zipper bag welded by the transverse heater 8 is cooled by a transverse cooler 9, so that the zipper bag is flat and not easy to deform;
step 5): the zipper bag cooled by the transverse cooler 9 is cut by a hot cutter 10 after the length between color codes on a bag film is recognized by a photoelectric tracker;
step 6): the cut zipper bags are conveyed to a sorting workbench by a bag receiving conveyor belt 11 to be collected and sorted, and the collected and sorted zipper bags can be bundled manually or automatically by an automatic bundling machine.

Claims (6)

1. A bag machine for heat-sealing zipper bags is characterized in that: the bag making machine comprises a bag making workbench, and a feeding device, a deviation correcting device, a chain head device, a transverse and longitudinal heating device and an ultrasonic device which are sequentially arranged on the bag making workbench along the conveying direction of a bag film and a chain from front to back;
the feeding device comprises a film feeding assembly for conveying bag films and a chain feeding assembly for conveying chains, wherein the chain feeding assembly is arranged on one side of the film feeding assembly;
the deviation correcting device is arranged on the next station of the feeding device and is butted with the feeding device, and the deviation correcting device aligns and adjusts the front and back layout of the bag film conveyed from the film conveying assembly;
the chain head mounting device is arranged on the next station of the deviation correcting device and is used for mounting a chain head on a chain conveyed by the chain conveying assembly;
the transverse and longitudinal heating device is arranged on the last station of the zipper head device and is butted with the deviation correcting device, the transverse and longitudinal heating device comprises a longitudinal welder and a transverse welder, the longitudinal welder is used for performing edge sealing and heating welding on two side edges of the bag film, the transverse welder is used for performing edge sealing and heating welding on the bottom edge of the bag film, the transverse welder is arranged on the previous station of the longitudinal welder, and the bag film is made into a bag body through the cooperation of the transverse welder and the longitudinal welder;
the ultrasonic device is arranged at the next station of the transverse and longitudinal heating device and comprises an ultrasonic heat sealing head, an amplitude-variable energy-converting component and an ultrasonic generator, wherein the amplitude-variable energy-converting component is positioned between the ultrasonic heat sealing head and the ultrasonic generator, one end of the amplitude-variable energy-converting component is connected with the ultrasonic generator, the other end of the amplitude-variable energy-converting component is connected with the ultrasonic heat sealing head, the ultrasonic generator transmits ultrasonic energy to the ultrasonic heat sealing head through the amplitude-variable energy-converting component, and the ultrasonic heat sealing head heats the bag and the zipper with the zipper head to seal the bag and the zipper at low temperature so as to form a zipper bag;
a tension limiter is arranged between the ultrasonic device and the transverse and longitudinal heating device, the tension limiter is movably arranged between the ultrasonic device and the transverse and longitudinal heating device, and the tension limiter limits the bag film so as to control the tension of the bag film conveyed in the bag making process;
the film feeding assembly comprises a film feeding guide roller, a turning guide roller and a layering plate, the turning guide roller is positioned between the film feeding guide roller and the layering plate, the film feeding guide roller is installed on one side of the turning guide roller, the layering plate is installed on one side of the turning guide roller, and the turning guide roller changes a film feeding guide roller conveying bag film from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction and then is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer by the layering plate;
the deviation correcting device is including rectifying the deflector roll, the page of a whole page deviation corrector, the illumination assistor, the deflector roll of rectifying is installed in the top of the page of a whole page deviation corrector, the illumination assistor is installed in one side of the page of a whole page deviation corrector, send membrane module to carry the bag membrane to shine through the illumination assistor in the page of a whole page deviation corrector top and can observe just, the reverse page of a whole page of a page deviation, adjust the page of a whole page deviation corrector and drive the deflector roll of rectifying and correct the skew of bag membrane.

The bag machine for heat-sealing zipper bags according to claim 1, wherein: the amplitude-change energy-conversion assembly comprises an energy-conversion line and an amplitude-change rod positioned below the energy-conversion line, the amplitude-change rod is positioned above the ultrasonic heat sealing head and connected with the ultrasonic heat sealing head, one end of the energy-conversion line is connected with the ultrasonic generator, the other end of the energy-conversion line is connected with the amplitude-change rod, and the energy-conversion line transmits ultrasonic energy generated by the ultrasonic generator to the amplitude-change rod so as to transmit the ultrasonic energy to the ultrasonic heat sealing head.

The bag machine for heat-sealing zipper bags according to claim 1, wherein: the ultrasonic device is characterized in that a transverse heater and a transverse cooler are arranged at the last station of the ultrasonic device, the transverse cooler is installed on one side of the transverse heater, the transverse heater performs welding processing on the two sides of the zipper bag, the transverse cooler cools the zipper bag welded by the transverse heater to enable the zipper bag to be smooth and not prone to deformation, and the transverse heater and the transverse cooler are matched with each other to enable the processing quality of the zipper bag to be guaranteed.

The bag machine for heat-sealing zipper bags according to claim 1, wherein: the zipper head feeding device comprises a zipper head turntable conveyor for conveying zipper heads, a driving shaft and a zipper fastener, wherein the driving shaft penetrates through the middle part of the zipper head turntable conveyor and is nested with the zipper head turntable conveyor, the zipper fastener is arranged below the zipper head turntable conveyor, and the driving shaft drives the zipper head turntable conveyor to rotate to convey the zipper heads to the zipper fastener to fasten the zipper heads on the zipper.
