    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シフター２の回転軸芯方向への操作移動に連動してシン
    クロナイザリング５を変速ギヤ６のコーン部６ａに順次
    押し付けることにより、前記シンクロナイザリング５と
    変速ギヤ６コーン部６ａとの間に生じる摩擦力をもって
    前記シフター２と変速ギヤ６との回転を同調させるべく
    構成しである回転同調式変速装置において、前記シフタ
    ー２と変速操作レバー１との間に、前記シフター２の操
    作移動方向に弾性融通のある機構３を介在させである回
    転同調式変速装置。
