Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁束密度の強さを検知して、前記磁束密度の強さに比例
    したホール出力電圧を発生するホール素子と、前記ホー
    ル出力電圧を増巾する増巾器と前記増巾器の増巾率を決
    定する前記増巾器の入力のマイナス側の入力抵抗と、前
    記増巾器の入力のマイナス側と出力側を結ぶフィルドバ
    ック抵抗を備えたものにおいて、前記ホール素子の温度
    補償を行なう為に、前記増巾器の入力のプラス側とアー
    ス間に抵抗とサーミスタを組合わせた温度補償回路を設
    けたことを特徴とするホール素子の温度補償回路。
