Claims (1)
- 石英硝子からなり内部に有機溶剤を収容するベーパ槽と
、このベーパ槽内に設けられ内部に被乾燥物を収容する
ベーパ室内槽と、上記ベーパ層の下部に離間して設けら
れその底面を介して上記有機溶剤を輻射熱によって加熱
気化させる発熱装置と、この発熱装置の上記ベーパ槽の
底面と対向する開口部を閉塞する石英硝子板と、この石
英硝子板と上記ベーパ槽の底面との間に設けた保護部材
とを具備したことを特徴とするベーパ乾燥装置。
