    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被処理物に前処理用の薬液を噴射して薬液処理する薬液
    処理室から流下する廃液や前記薬液処理室において薬液
    処理された被処理物に残留する薬液を洗浄する水洗水を
    噴射する水洗室から流下する前記残留薬液を含む廃液等
    を回収するために前記薬液処理室及び水洗室に配設され
    る前処理装置の廃液回収槽において、前記薬液処理室又
    は水洗室から流下する前記廃液を受は入れる受入口を有
    する密閉容器に形成され、該密閉容器内に前記受入口と
    離間してオーバーフロー樋が配設され、該オーバーフロ
    ー樋の廃液排出側とは反対側の端部側面に少なくとも一
    つの液体流入口が形成されていることを特徴とする前処
    理装置の廃液回収槽。
