DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an improvement in a container containing powder such as toner used in a copying machine, and in particular, an opening through which the contained powder flows out is sealed with a film-like sealing member. The present invention relates to an improvement in a container for supplying powder by flowing it out from the opening which is opened by peeling off the seal of the sealing member.

Conventionally, the above-mentioned powder containers have been widely used because the opening structure is simpler and the sealing is more complete than containers whose openings are sealed with lids. Particularly in the case of toner containers for replenishment, it is possible to easily supply toner by peeling off the sealing member after setting the container in a copying machine, etc., thereby preventing the occurrence of stains due to toner scattering. Since then, it has been widely used. Note that a lid is also used in such a container, but the lid is for protecting the sealing member. - To drain the powder from the container, first remove the lid and then put the sealing member on it. There is no difference in peeling it off and letting the powder flow out. Therefore, in the above-mentioned toner container, in order to remove the sealing member after setting it in a copying machine, etc., it is necessary to provide a suitable means in the copying machine or the like. The simplest method is to fold back one end of the sealing member and provide a slit near the container loading/unloading door so that one end can be taken out of the copying machine or the like. According to this, the seal member can be peeled off by pulling out one end of the seal member protruding from the machine.

However, since this requires a long folded part on the sealing member, the peeling direction is likely to bend and the sealing member will be easily damaged as it will rub against the wall.1. In order to completely open the opening, one end must be pulled out twice the length of the opening, and there is a problem in that the sealing member is likely to break during peeling. Furthermore, there is the problem of disposing of the peeled off seal member and the problem of contamination due to toner adhering to the seal member, and even more serious, when the container that has finished supplying is removed from the copying machine, the remaining toner spills out and the surrounding area. There is a problem of contamination.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems with toner containers, and the first object of the present invention is to eliminate the risk of damage to the sealing member and to prevent complicated means from being installed in a copying machine or the like. To provide a container whose sealing member can be easily peeled off even when the container is not in use. Second, it is also desirable to provide a container that does not cause any problem in dealing with the peeled off seal member and does not cause toner spillage when the container is removed after supplying the toner.

In addition, engagement in the present invention means any means, including, for example, when one end of the seal member is folded back and joined to the lid, or when an extension part with one end folded back is connected to the vicinity of the other end. including all cases in which the sealing member is engaged with the lid.

The container of the present invention shown in the vertical cross-sectional view in FIG. When the slide lid 3 is opened to the right, the seal member λ is pulled by the slide lid 3 and peeled off as shown in the perspective view of Φ), and the opening /a closes the mouth. Open,
It is also Ω for the powder contained therein to flow out. The sliding lid 3 has a structure in which both sides thereof hold the reinforcing frame on the outside of the opening /a, and it slides. It is plate-shaped, and both sides engage with grooves provided in the container l so that the sliding lid 3 can slide. Of course, it is also possible to do something like that. In such a container 1, the folding of the sealing member λ is short, so that the sealing member λ can be removed reliably, and a copying machine or the like only needs to be provided with a slit through which the slide lid 3 can be pulled out.

The container l shown in FIGS. 2 (4) to (13) is different from the one shown in FIG. Container/Unlike,
When the slide lid 3 is pulled to the right, the sealing member peels off as in the case of the container shown in FIG.
When the slide lid 3 is pulled to the state shown in the figure (color), the driven arm +a of the lever member q comes to rest on the opening end face of the container/, and the lever member q rotates to the left, thereby causing the action to take place. The arm ψb comes to enter into the opening la, and when the slide lid 3 is further pulled, the working arm pb of the lever member μ comes to peel off the sealing member as shown in 1st J(0). It is something. In this container /, if the slide lid 3 is slid by the length of the opening /a, the opening /a will be opened completely, but with the capacity shown in Fig. 7, the slide lid 3 Unless K is moved by twice that amount, the entire opening of the opening /a will not be completed. In the container / of Fig. 2, since the peeled seal member λ does not come out of the opening /a, there is no fear that the powder adhering to the seal member λ will spill outside. If the slide lid 3 is returned to its original position when the supply of powder is finished, the sealing member λ will cover the opening /a together with the slide lid 3, and there is no possibility that the powder will spill during subsequent handling of the container. It also disappears. In this regard, the container shown in FIG. 1 has the problem that if powder adheres to the sealing member, the powder is likely to spill out, just as in conventional containers. However, when handling the container l after powder has been supplied, if the slide lid 3 is returned to the opening /a, the sealing member λ will also cover the opening /a, and the subsequent Spillage of powder during handling of the container is prevented.

The container l shown in FIG.
is bent and rotated as shown by the two-dot chain line, and one end 2a of the sealing member is connected to the hook portion of the rotating lid 5, so that the sealing member is peeled off as the rotating lid j rotates. It is. Note that the figure shows an example in which the rotating lid j is made of a flexible material and is formed integrally with the reinforcing frame of the opening /a. The opening/a may be hinged to the side wall of the opening/a. Even in such a container l, it is sufficient to provide a hole for drawing out the wire B in a copying machine, etc., and the sealing member can be reliably peeled off. Spillage of powder is completely prevented.

As described above, the present invention can be applied to toner containers to obtain particularly excellent effects, but it is not limited to toner containers. Further, although the illustrated container has a structure in which one end of the cylindrical body is closed by a blind lid and a reinforcing frame is fixed to the opening, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited thereto.
