  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ロータに制動を与えるべくその回転軸方向から挾み
    付けるための摩擦パッドと、該摩擦パッドを挾み付けあ
    るいは解除させるために往復移動自在に設けられたピス
    トンと、該ピストンを往復移動させるためにパーキング
    ・ブレーキ作動杵を含む駆動系と、該駆動系により上記
    ピストンが上記摩擦パッドを挾み付ける位置に移動され
    た後、更に上記駆動系によって圧縮されて上記ピストン
    を挾み付ける方向へ押圧す゛べく蓄圧するための弾発ス
    プリングとを備えたことを特徴とするパーキング・ブレ
    ーキを兼ねたディスク俸ブレーキ装置。” ２　上記ピストンの上記駆動系側が、その軸方向に分割
    されたプランジャを有し、これら分割されたプランジャ
    片間に、上記弾発スプリングが介設された前記実用新案
