The bottom sealing means 7 is formed by folding the side flaps of the bottom of the cardboard box separated from the vacuum pad 39 and falling under its own weight with a folding member (not shown) installed there, and applying hot melt to the bottom side flaps. A push member 51 attached to the output shaft of the air cylinder 50 feeds the cardboard box, and a member (not shown) folds the front and rear flaps of the bottom.
The bottom of the box is sealed by folding it in and fixing it with adhesive. The bottom sealing means 7 is equipped with a number of phototubes (not shown) that detect the width and height of the cardboard box, and signals obtained from the phototubes are used to move the guide member that guides the cardboard box to perform various inspections. It is configured to accommodate cardboard boxes. The discharge conveyor 8 has a bottom sealing means 7
It is configured such that the cardboard box whose bottom is sealed can be discharged and transported to a position 52 where the product 10 is packed. However, when the product 10 is mounted on the stand 11 and transported on the roller conveyor 9, the stand 11
The beam switch 15 corresponding to the most advanced reflective mark on the model-specific card 12 attached to the machine turns 0N, and at the same time, the beam switch 15 corresponding to the subsequent reflective mark turns 0N,
By the combination of 0FF, the product model identification means 1 outputs a signal 16 encoded according to the model (size).

Then, as described above, upon receiving the model-specific control signal 53 corresponding to the type of product 10, the cardboard removal means 3a, 3b, 3c
Among them, the adsorption of the vacuum tube 26 of a predetermined cardboard take-out means is selectively released, and the predetermined folded cardboard is transferred to the cardboard transport means 41/R. It is dropped and loaded. When the products 10 mounted on the stand 11 pass sequentially through the model identification means 1, the adsorption of the vacuum pad of a predetermined cardboard retrieval means is selectively released by a signal from the control device 17, and the cardboard is placed in a predetermined position. The cardboard boxes are loaded on the cardboard transport means 4 and transported in this order. At the same time, the motor 35 of the cardboard uprighting means 5 is driven based on the model number 1 control signal 54 from the control device 17, and the positioning plate 37 moves in the direction of the arrow to bend the left side of the cardboard as shown in FIG. The right end of the cardboard 18 is brought into contact and positioned so that the position of the eye w coincides with the guide portion of the forming guide 40 (the portion formed parallel to the moving direction of the cart 42). Then, when positioning is detected by a phototube (not shown), the motor 32 is driven to rotate the reversing arm 34 from horizontal to vertical, bringing the cardboard 18 into an upright position and causing it to slide down a little. Then, the vacuum pad 39 of the cardboard box forming means 6 is operated, the front wall of the cardboard box 18 is attracted, and the cart 42 is moved by the drive of the motor 45. Then, the left side wall of the cardboard box 18 is rotated clockwise around the fold line W at the tip of the inclined part of the forming guide 40, and when it reaches the guide part of the forming guide 40, a rectangular cardboard box is formed.
When the rectangular cardboard box 48 is formed in this way, the cart 42 stops and the vacuum pad 39 also releases its suction. Then, the cardboard box 48 falls down a little, the side flaps at the bottom are bent, hot melt is applied, the air cylinder 50 pushes the cardboard box 48, the front and rear flaps at the bottom are bent and glued, and the bottom sealing means 7 closes the box. Position 5 where the bottom part is sealed and the product is packed by the discharge conveyor 8
Transport up to 2. At this packing position 52, the products 10 that are transported by the roller conveyor 9 are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes that are sealed only at the bottom. Then, the upper sealing means 55 seals the soil part. In the above embodiment r, the model-specific card (recording medium) is attached to the stand 11, but it is not possible to directly attach the model card (recording medium) to the product 1.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to automatically and quickly form cardboard boxes in response to randomly flowing products, and also to merge the products at the boxing position and sequentially stack the products. It has the effect of being able to be packed in a cardboard box.
