CONSTITUTION:An inner conductor 12, an outer conductor 13, a short-circuit conductor 14 and a contact conductor 15 are provided by fixing with the silver paste, etc. to the inner circumferential surface, the outer circumferential surface, the short-circuit surface and a part of an open end respectively of a hollow and square dielectric material 1 having a hole at its center. Then, a dielectric adhesive 4 such as the silver paste, cream solder, etc. is coated to the adjacent surfaces of the materials 1. These materials 1 are heated in an oven and fixed to each other. A tuning screw 6, an input/output connector 8, an output connector 9, etc. are provided to the material 1. Then a conductor case 30 having a small depth and an open end is attached to the material 1. In such a way, the structure is simplified for a dielectric filter together with the facilitated assembling work.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a hollow dielectric body having a round or square shape with a hole in the center.A conductive layer 2 is formed on the inner peripheral surface, outer peripheral surface, and short-circuit surface of this dielectric material 1 by silver paste or plating. is formed. Reference numeral 3 denotes a conductor case with an open bottom at one end for housing the dielectric 1, and a conductive adhesive 4 such as silver paste or cream solder is applied between the inner surface of the conductor case 3 and the conductor layer 2 on the outer peripheral surface of the dielectric. The dielectric material 1, which has been made into a conductor by coating it, is housed and fixed. Reference numeral 6 denotes a capacitor for coupling between each resonator, which is fixed between adjacent dielectrics 1 with silver base or solder. 6 is a tuning screw for adjusting the frequency of each resonator, which is screwed into a tuning screw plate 7 coaxially threaded on the dielectric 1, and screwed or soldered to the open end of the conductor case 3. is fixed at etc. 8 is an input connector, and 9 is an output connector. However, the conventional dielectric filter configured in this manner has the following drawbacks. That is, the deeper the conductor case 3 becomes, the more time and effort it takes to remove silver paste or cream solder when applying silver paste or cream solder to the inside of the case, and the deeper the conductor case 3 becomes. Indeed, the cost was high in terms of material costs and 7JD construction.

This filter consists of four rectangular resonators, and 1 has a hole in the center (the shape does not vary, but the figure shows a round hole).
It is a hollow rectangular dielectric body with holes, and an inner conductor 12 is placed on the inner circumferential surface of this dielectric body 1, an outer conductor 13 is placed on the outer circumferential surface, and a short circuit conductor 1 is placed at the short circuit part.
4. A contact conductor 15 (circular in the figure, but not limited to this shape) is provided on a part of the open end using silver paste, plating, or the like. For assembly, the reeds are aligned on the top surface of each dielectric 1, arranged horizontally in a row, and a conductive adhesive 4 such as silver paste or cream 1η is applied to the adjacent surfaces of the dielectric 1, and heated in a furnace. to fix the dielectrics 1 to each other. By making the dielectric 1 into an exposed block in this way, there is no need for a deep conductor case to house the dielectric, and there is no need to apply conductive paste inside the conductor case, so it is not necessary to apply conductive paste to the inside of the conductor case. Same as above for strike and work efficiency. 5 is a capacitor for coupling between each camera, and each dielectric 1
It is fixed on the top surface between the two using silver base or soldering. 3o is a shallow conductor case made of a conductor such as a metal plate with one end open, and at the bottom there are tuning holes for adjusting the frequency of the resonator corresponding to each dielectric 1 on the central axis of the dielectric 1. A screw 6 is provided, and windows 10 are provided at the left and right ends for connecting the input/output terminals of the filter and the terminals of the human output connectors 8 and 9. , 11 are provided, and human output connectors 8 and 9 are fixed to the left and right ends of the front surface by soldering or the like. The open end of the conductor case 30 is fitted around the front of the dielectric 1, and the peripheries of both are fixed by soldering or the like. This conductor case 30 also serves as a tuning screw plate and has a shallow depth, so it is easy to manufacture and can reduce costs.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a unit coaxial resonator in which an inner conductor and an outer conductor are provided on a dielectric material having an inner circumferential surface and a rectangular outer circumferential surface, one end of which is short-circuited and the other end of which is open, using a conductive adhesive. The open end side of the resonator is further covered with a metal case equipped with a frequency adjustment means. According to this, the depth of the conductor case holding the dielectric can be shallow. Therefore, it is easy to manufacture, and since it has a structure in which the dielectric is exposed, the workability when fixing the dielectric is good, and it has the effect of reducing costs in terms of manufacturing workability.
