Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被検温体の有無により進退する可動体と、該可動
    体を進退可能に支持するスプリングと、前記可動体の進
    退勤作によりオン、オフするスイッチとを備え、該スイ
    ッチのオン、オフにより温度検知回路を開閉する温度検
    出装置であって、前記スイッチはマグネットと該マグネ
    ットの磁気に応動する磁気応動スイッチとで構成し、該
    マグネット及び磁気応動スイッチの何れか一方−は前記
    可動体に装着し、該可動体の進退勤作により前記マグネ
    ットと前記磁気応動スイッチとの間の距離を可変して前
    記磁気応動スイヅチをオン、オフさせることを特徴とす
    る埠度検出装置。
  2. （２）前記可動体は前記被検温体と接触する端部側に前
    記温度検知回路を構成する感温素子を装着したことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の温度検
    出装置＝
  3. （３）前記可動体は耐熱断熱材で成ることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の温度検出装置。
  4. （４）前記マグネットまたは前記磁気応動スイッチの何
    れか一方は、前記可動体の前記感温素子装着側とは反対
    側の端部に取付けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項、第２項または第３項に記載の温度検出装
    置。
