着するボールジヨイントからなり、このボールジヨイン
トと前記ラックバ一端部とがねじ手段により結合される
とともに、このねじの中心線に対して前記ボールジヨイ
ントの中心が、前記ねじの中心線と直角な方向に変位せ
しめられて前記ボールジヨイントが形成されていること
