Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）使用材料のヒンジ効果を利用して、互いにクラン
    プする一対の部品の、一方に設けたヒンジ部１２と、こ
    れを支点とした一組のテコ機構の腕１１と、該腕１１の
    中間部にクサビ効果を利用した保合部テーパー面１３と
    、他方の部品にこれに係合する突起部１５とを設けたこ
    とを特徴とする半導体ウェーハ包装容器のクランプ装置
    。
  2. （２）蓋１０に設けられたクランプガイド２０内にヒン
    ジ部１２を支点とした腕１１を設け、該腕１１の中間部
    にテーパー面１３を有し、該テーパー面１３の係合部と
    嵌合する本体１４の係合突起１５を有し、本体１４と蓋
    １０の係合部に設けられた一対の凹凸によるクリックス
    トップ１７を有し、本体１４と蓋１０の間隙にガスケッ
    ト１６を有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第（１）項の半導体ウェーハ包装容器のクランプ装置
    。
