    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも上方が開口され、その開口部分を蓋が覆い、
    しかも各半導体ウェーハは容器内に立てた状態で収容さ
    れる半導体ウェーハ包装容器において、蓋内面と容器内
    の各半導体ウェーハ上部との間にセットされ、半導体ウ
    ェーハを押え付けるウェーハ押え具であって、それ自体
    はプラスチック製の筒状体で、かつ筒状体全体とし弾性
    を有することを特徴とする半導体ウェーハ包装容器にお
    けるウェーハ押え具。
