の室を有しこれら室内の圧力差から前記被測定ガス中の
測定ガス成分に対応する信号を検出する１個の検出部と
を具備し、前記第１赤外線光源部、測定セル、検出部、
および第２赤外線光源部を直列的に配置して一体的に構
