    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 蒸気添加若しくは水添加にてＮＯｘ生成を抑制する型式
    の燃焼炉のＮＯｘ制御装置であって、排気ガス系統に排
    気ガス中のＮＯｘ濃度を分析検出する分析計を設け、さ
    らに、該分析計によるＮＯｘ濃度信号と、排出ＮＯｘ濃
    度の基準設定信号を入力して比較演算すると共に燃料流
    量信号とダンパコントロール信号と蒸気若しくは水の添
    加コントロール信号を出力する演算器を設けたことを特
    徴とする燃焼炉のＮＯｘ制御装置。
