    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゲートターンオフサイリスタのゲートに供給されるオフ
    ゲート電流を検出する電流検出器、該電流検出器の出力
    の大きさを設定値と比較して前者が後者より大である場
    合に出力する比較器を具え、該比較器の出力により上記
    ゲートターンオフサイリスクにオンゲート電流を供給す
    る回路の出力動作が停止されることを特徴とするゲート
    ターンオフサイリスタの保護装置。
