Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）発振回路に結合された共振回路の第１の可変容量
    ダイオードの容量を制御電圧によって可変し、発振周波
    数を可変するようにした電圧制御発振回路において、 該第１の可変容量ダイオードの他のさらに付加された第
    ２の可変容量ダイオードと、これらの第１および第２の
    可変容量ダイオード間に挿入されたスイッチング素子と
    、該スイッチング素子を開閉制御し゛Ｃ該第１および第
    ２の可変容量ダイオードを選択的に発振回路に結合する
    切換回路と を具備してなることを特徴とする電圧制御発振回路。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載において、共
    振回路は、マイクロストリップライン、コンデンサおよ
    び２個の可変容量ダイオードからなり、該２個の可変容
    量ダイオードをスイッチングダイオードを介して互いに
    並列に結合してなる電圧制御発振回路。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載において、共
    振回路は、マイクロストリップライン、コンデンサおよ
    び２個の可変容量ダイオードからなり、該２個の可変容
    量ダイオードをスイッチングダイオードを介して互いに
    直列に結合してなる電圧制御発振回路。
