Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）棒材の上に該棒材に交叉する嵌合溝を有する係合
    部材を載置結合して架台となし、前記係合部材の嵌合溝
    には横板を嵌入立設し、該横板に穿設した穿設孔に軸方
    向にストッパーを有し且つワーク保持溝を形成したワー
    ク支持部材をワークの形状に合わせて複数個横架せしめ
    た事を特徴とする拡散治具。
  2. （２）前記拡散治具は、シリコン又は石英又はシリコン
    とそれぞれの組合せより構成される事を特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の拡散治具。
