Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 廃液を蒸発器から循環ポンプを経て蒸発器に循環させて
    蒸発器の加熱器により加熱するとともに蒸発器で得た蒸
    留水を取り出して廃液を濃縮する、循環系と同循環系で
    濃縮した廃液を取出す排出系とを有し同循環系と同排出
    系とのパイプラインにヒータを添設した廃液濃縮装置の
    管内温度監視装置において、運転モード選択押釦スイッ
    チと、管内温度センサと、同管内温度センｉからの出力
    が温度高または濃度低の警報設定温度を越えても温度異
    常警報を必要中しない運転モードのときには同警報を出
    力しないように処理する警報処理Ｃシック回路々を具え
    ていることを特徴とした廃液濃縮装置の管内温度監視装
    置。
