を示す図である。 ′１，２・・・気体分離膜体の両側の開口部、３・・・
気体分離膜体の横方向図、１０・・・気体分離膜体の装
填状態を示す図。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 気体分離機能を有する材質製の隔壁をたて、よ二方向の
    直角に交わる２方向に配設してハニカム構造を形成し、
    該ハニカム構造の両側の開口について４列を一単位とし
    、一方の開口の１列目は穴を１つおきにふさぎ、３列目
    は１列目と穴を１つずらせて１つおきにふさぎ、２．４
    列目は４、さがず、他方の開口の穴は先にふさがなかっ
    た穴に対応する穴を全てふ、さぎ、ふさぐための材質が
    気体分離機能を有するかあるいは気体を透過させないも
    のであることを特徴とする気体分離膜体。
