2.5% by weight, Pt7.5-9.5% by weight, Ag3.5
~5.5% by weight, Cu 13.5-15.5% by weight
, The reason why 0.5 to 15% by weight of at least one of Go, Sn, and Ti is added to the alloy material consisting of 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of Zn without changing the composition ratio is as follows. , to increase the softening temperature in order to improve the wear resistance and contact resistance stability of the alloy material, and if it is less than 0.5% by weight, it will not be able to increase the softening temperature and prevent adhesion, 15
If it exceeds % by weight, the amount of oxides generated will increase, contact resistance will increase, and furthermore, it will become unstable.

Then, each brush contact was brought into contact with a disk-shaped commutator, the commutator was rotated forward and backward, and a sliding test was conducted under the following test conditions, and the amount of wear and contact resistance were measured, and the results are shown in the table below. The results shown in the right column were obtained.

This is because the addition of i prevents adhesion due to softening during sliding and improves wear resistance and stability of contact resistance.

It has significantly better wear resistance than conventional sliding contact materials, generates extremely little abrasion powder, generates almost no noise, and has more stable contact resistance than conventional sliding contact materials. This has the effect of providing a brush contact point.
