第１図は本考案の多層膜を窓ガラスに適用した実施例で
ある該窓ガラスの断面模式図であり、第２図は本考案に
よる高耐摩耗性多層膜と、耐摩耗コーティングを施して
ない従来の機能性薄膜との曇価を比較したグラフである
。 １・・・ガラス基板、２・・・二酸化珪素薄膜（機能性
薄膜）、３・・・ムライト薄膜（高い硬度を有する透明
セラミック薄膜）。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ガラス等の基板表面上に積層された少なくとも一
    層の機能性薄膜と、該機能性薄膜上に形成された高い硬
    度を有する透明セラミック薄膜とから成る高耐摩耗性多
    層膜。
  2. （２）前記セラミック薄膜の材料は、前記機能性薄膜の
    最表面材料と同じ陽イオンを含む材料である実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の高耐摩耗性多層膜。
  3. （３）前記セラミック薄膜の材料はムライト（３Ａ１゜
    Ｑ３．２Ｓｉ０２）、ジ／Ｌ／　−ｙ　：／　（ＺｒＳ
    ｉＯ，）、アルミナ（ＡＩ。０３）、二酸化珪素（Ｓｉ
    ｎ２）、酸化ジルコニウム（ＺｒＯ２）、酸化チタン（
    ＴｉＯ２）、マグネシウム・アルミニウムスピネル（Ｍ
    ｇＡ１２ｏ＋）の一種である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の高耐摩耗性多層膜。
